Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not the right fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

How it works:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging
• Contact us at avantverdeessentials@gmail.com to start a return, we'll walk you through the next steps
• Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
• Exchanges (different size, style, or color) are available, just let us know what you'd like instead

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover it.
